Sarah is a leading enterprise portfolio and program management executive, and revered for her exceptional strategic oversight and project execution. When organizations are faced with new business and IT processes that drive vast amounts of change, Sarah develops comprehensive enterprise-wide procedures to advocate best in practice project management methodology, which includes providing proactive consultation, training mentors and strengthening teams to succeed. She is highly skilled in facilitating and establishing business goals by identifying, selecting, monitoring, and maintaining the appropriate portfolio of initiatives that work to achieve divisional objectives and performance. She also has deep experience in business and vendor relationship management, merger and acquisition program management, process definition and adherence, budget and expense management, PMLC and SDLC methodology, and enterprise resource planning.

Prior to WGroup, Sarah served as Executive Director of Securities and Head of Business Services Group at MUFG: Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ. She was responsible for the Project Management Office, Business Analysts, Data Management Group and Management Information Group, and exceeded the departmental goals that were defined. She led the management of the overall communication processes for the various departments on a local and global level, ensuring an understanding of current activities, common dependencies and prioritized efforts.

Prior to MUFG, Sarah held multiple executive positions at TD Bank all focused on effectively implementing change management processes throughout the organization. As Vice President & Program Manager, she was responsible for the enterprise program roadmap with an annual budget of $100M. She also served as Vice President & Head of Governance, Process, Reporting and Financials, providing visibility and insight into all projects through enterprise alignment and segment ROI via portfolio alignment, forecasting and planning, as well as prioritized framework for enterprise program management, which totaled 750+ projects that supported senior management strategic decisions. Sarah also played a significant role in leading more than a dozen successful merger and acquisitions for TD Bank. She oversaw 8 complex teams to deliver efficient and consistent enterprise wide project governance, performance and reporting on a portfolio of 100+ unique projects.

Sarah has an MBA in Business Management from American InterContinental University, and her BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. She is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is the recipient of the 2014 MUFG Union Bank Leadership Presenter on Operational Organizational Change Leadership Award and the 2006 TD Banknorth CIO Award for Outstanding Performance and Leadership.
