Matt Kissinger has a strong background in technology recruitment, vendor management and leadership. As a Professional Recruiter at WGroup, a leading management consulting firm focused on technology, he is responsible for talent acquisition and management in order to fulfill client demands.
Prior to WGroup, Matt was responsible for the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and delivery for Comcast, focused on supporting the network engineering, architecture and design teams. In this role, he worked closely with the network engineering leadership team to develop talent strategies to build out new core competencies in software defined networking. Prior to Comcast, Matt spent three years leading the IT recruiting team and managing direct placement vendors for DaVita Healthcare Partners, a global healthcare organization. He was also heavily involved in supporting DaVita’s strategic business initiatives and diversity recruiting. During his time in this role, Matt was recognized in a Denver Post article for his extensive efforts to provide technical opportunities to the visually impaired community.
Prior to these positions, Matt was a technical recruiter for Brooksource, a national IT staffing firm, focused on attracting and retaining IT talent for organizations across the U.S. This is where he gained a broad understanding of technology and applied his relationship building skills to consistently perform as one of the top five revenue generators in the company. He takes pride in exceeding clients’ expectations and providing a high level of service to his consultants.
Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University. He resides in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
