Jeffrey is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with a proven history of designing and implementing strategic processes in organizations to maximize revenue, improve business processes and align IT operating models to business goals. He is a strategic change agent, an enabler, who combines a deep understanding of business process to drive innovation and continuous improvements throughout the enterprise.

As a senior leader who has managed numerous large technology transformation programs, Jeffrey has significant expertise in Strategy, Vision, Mission and Goals modeling presentation and collaboration and Stakeholder interviews and collaborations. To optimize, improve, and achieve business measurements of success for clients, he uses value mapping and value realization methods with the use of competitive market analysis, outside-in Sales, Market and Financial evaluation, gap to closure for key capabilities, differentiating capability analysis, current company culture analysis, and gaps to close to achieve the desired strategic objectives as well as tactical roadmap creation.

Recently, Jeffrey was an Enterprise Architecture Principal for various clients including a Fortune 500 oil and gas company, Fortune 500 healthcare company and Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods company. In each engagement, he acted as a change agent and leader to review, architect and perform fit-gap analysis of various business solutions and extended applications. He provided guidance to the CEO, CMO, CIO, and Vice Presidents of Divisions in relationship to the business and operating models’ architectural direction so as to optimize the technical organization to support the business vision, goals and objectives. He drove extensive business architecture alignment to strategy via enterprise architecture meta model application across business, information, application and infrastructure domains.

As Principal Business Transformation Architect at L3 Communications, a Fortune 500 major defense company, Jeffrey coordinated and executed L3's strategy and operating model into successful deployable business accretive solutions. He collaborated with Presidents of divisions to understand their strategic vision. He leveraged best practice modeling to design and implemented business process maturity models to facilitate maturation of the business processes in alignment to business and operating model strategies and objectives. Acting as a change agent, he reviewed, architected and performed fit-gap analysis of various business solutions and extended applications to ensure value would be realized.

As Senior Director Enterprise Architecture at CA Technologies, a global software and technology company, Jeffrey was recruited as business change agent, facilitator and strategist, to shape, guide, and align product and service technology and business process innovations and strategies. He created the overall strategic roadmap and worked closely with the business and senior leadership to identify core business capabilities goals and align current and future state technical capabilities to support the enterprise’s needs.

Jeffrey holds a BS from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect, Zachman Enterprise Architect, and a certified Scrum Master.
