Vice PresidentAshley Munro is an accomplished leader whose passion is centered on delivering IT strategies and services that both support clients’ present and future technology needs, and results in added value for the business. As Vice President, Strategic Accounts at WGroup, he is focused on helping IT leaders transform with strategy and execution to optimize business performance, minimize cost and create value. He partners with IT leaders from mid-sized to Fortune 50 companies across all verticals on mission critical IT projects.
Prior to WGroup, Ashley held various sales and business development roles at SAP. He last served as SAP’s Director in Strategic Alliances where he was responsible for executing and managing SAP’s strategic partnerships in North America. He led the SAP and IBM partnership and previously worked with companies like HP, Dell, Cisco among others. With a focus on driving joint engagement with SAP and partner field sales and leadership teams across all lines of SAP business, he was responsible for accelerating revenue growth and joint customer success, driving new business development initiatives with partners across multiple market units, executive alignment, industries, strategic accounts, and solution categories.
Prior to Ashley’s Strategic Alliances position at SAP, he was the Director, Partner Co-Innovation in North America. In this role, he collaborated with SAP partners and customers to uniquely drive co-innovation solutions; combining partner and customer intellectual property and SAP platforms that delivered incremental value and a competitive advantage for our customers.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business degree in marketing from the Victoria University of Technology, located in Melbourne, Australia.
